Little Miss is a huge fan of playgrounds and we've been enjoying several around the city. She's gotten very good at climbing up and going down a slide by herself.
Sometimes Huck comes to the playground, too. If there aren't other children around, then I drop his leash and just let him wonder as Jelly Bean and I play. I think he's also curious about the slide and was wanting a turn himself.
Actually, that's a big fat lie. Everytime he would reach a certain point, he would scramble on the slippery plastic to back up and stay on stable ground. Unfortunately for him, his leash got caught up with Little Miss and they both went down the slide together. She thought it was a blast, he didn't climb the play structure the rest of the time we were there. Playgrounds are great fun for me- all I have to do is stand and supervise while she wears herself out climbing up and sliding down over and over again.
