Things are finally moving with the garage. Since there are so many more meetings and we need to be there so much more now, Little Miss is accompanying us. A lot. Sometimes I worry about how to entertain a toddler in a construction site, but sometimes the workers do it for me. Here are some HVAC guys climbing into the loft. Little Miss was mesmerized and just started at them go up the ladder for the longest. Of course she turned her head as soon as I got out the camera.
Last week was the neighborhood fall festival and rather than attend, we took the rare weekend as a family and spent it....shopping :( The pressure was on to get a door and we were, of course, looking to do it on the cheap. That took us to a several second hand stores. Little Miss loved measuring the doors for us.
While she was at it, why not measure a stray box?
She simply stared at a large fan and insisted we send a picture to her cousin, who's loved fans for years. He was envious, of course.
We stopped at several stores and wound up finally ordering some doors at- Home Depot of all places. Which was a good thing because as we headed into our last store Little Miss was all tuckered out.
Shopping is tiring, you know.
